Editorial policy
Prime Wellness Guide aims to make wellbeing topics clear, measured and useful to general readers. We explain the basis of our advice, distinguish suggestions from established facts, and avoid presenting one person's needs as universal.
Accuracy and clarity
We review wording for accuracy, context and proportion before publication. Articles should define unfamiliar terms, explain why a suggestion may be useful and avoid claims stronger than the available support. When evidence is uncertain or a topic has meaningful limits, we say so plainly. We do not invent sources, findings or personal experience.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made for readers, not as a promise of favourable coverage to a partner. A commercial relationship does not determine our conclusions, and we do not accept payment in exchange for an undisclosed editorial recommendation.
Corrections
If a reader spots a factual error or unclear passage, they can send the article title and the concern through the Contact page. We review reports and correct material when warranted; significant changes should be made clear in the relevant article.
Partners and illustrations
Paid, gifted or otherwise supported material is identified clearly where it appears. Partner placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from editorial articles. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; they are illustrative, not evidence of a real person, place or event.
